Some of our favorite venues and why:
The Cliffs Resort, Shell Beach. Great for large conferences with multiple rooms and very personal service. The main ballroom can be sectioned off into four breakout rooms. They have an upstairs executive meeting room as well. The lawn is a beautiful bluff-top spot overlooking the Pacific for weddings or a large tent for conferences as well.
Dolphin Bay Resort and Spa, Shell Beach. Next to the Cliffs Resort, this is a high end property with professional service & great food. For meetings, Dolphin has a mid-sized banquet room, an executive suite upstairs and can put a large tent on the bluff for large events.
Madonna Inn and Expo Center, San Luis Obispo. Just off the 101 on a large ranch, this iconic venue has lots of character and meeting rooms. Madonna has a very large Expo center that host large community events, concerts, sporting events and more. Great staff
Novo on Higuera. Some of the best food on the Central Coast, Novo has a private meeting room as well as outside, creek side deck space. This venue is used often for Pharma meetings and banquets alike. Very intimate.
Courtyard by Marriott, San Luis Obispo. Good sized ballroom that can be divided into thirds. Newer facility and close to town.
