Privacy and order confirmation
We do not share or sell customer information, so rest assured that your information is kept confidential. All equipment is based on availability. Obtaining a quote does not reserve equipment. All orders must be confirmed by email and deposit payment may be required to reserve services. Unconfirmed quotes are subject to cancellation. All equipment is rented on a first come – first served basis, therefore availability changes quickly.
Cancellations
Unless agreed to in writing, cancellations are permitted at no charge if made at least 48 hours before event start time. Cancellations made from 48 hours prior to event start time and 1 hour prior are subject to 1/2 price charge. After 1 hour prior to event start, cancellations are charged at full price.
Payments
AVS accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express. We also accept payment of check by venues and returning clients.
